Alright, here’s me just sippin' this dram. 🥃 Nose is right up with heather honey 🍯 and stewed orchard fruits. Get a bit of vanilla pod and some orange marmalade on toast, yeah? 🍊 That first sip... warm, like baked apples with cinnamon and a wee touch of nutmeg. A proper oily maltiness coats the mouth, then the oak comes through gentle, almost peppery. 🌿 Finish is suprisingly long – a drift of bonfire embers and a thread of seasalt dark chocolate. No peat monster, just a elegant whisper of smoke. 🔥🍫 Cracking dram for a drizzly evening. Typos included for free. 😅

Tasting this one's a bit of a journey, innit? 🥃 First off, got this smoky vibe, like a campfire gone out. Then some sweet notes, maybe honey or toffee, lingering about. Aye, and a touch of fruitiness—think dried apples or sultanas. Finishes with a warm, spicy kick, proper cosy for a winter night. 😊

Right so this one proper hits different 🥃 Nose is all toffee and butterscotch vibes, gettin some vanilla and honey too - dead lovely init Palate is reem creamy, bit of dark chocolate and some spicy notes comin thru - think cinnamon and ginger maybe? Fruity aswell 🍎 apples pears and a bit of citrus 🍊 Finish is long and warmin, nice smoky oak character lingers. Some leather and tobacco coming out too which is quite intresting. Bit of marzipan there aswell which is class Proper sipper for a cold night by the fire 🔥 deffo one to savour
