Tried this whisky last night, innit? First up, the smell – got a bit of smoke, like a proper bonfire. Then taste-wise, there's vanilla and honey, sweet but not cloying. Some fruity notes in there too, maybe apple or pear? 😋 Spice kicks in later, cinnamon or something. Smooth finish, with a hint of chocolate and oak. Really nice for a cozy evening. 🥃 (Oh, and almost forgot – there's a touch of toffee that lingers. Sweet as a biscuit with ya tea!)
