Right, so the nose? Brilliant. Lots of vanilla and honey at first, then you get this lovely baked apple and a bit of tropical fruitiness 🍌. Very inviting, tbh. The palate is really smooth, almost creamy. The malty sweetness comes through strong, with a hint of citrus zest. There's a bold, peaty note that arrives later, warming things up nicely 🔥. Finish is long and satisfying. The vanilla and that smoky peat really linger. Just a fantastic, well-rounded dram. Definitely one of my favs for a relaxed evening. 🥃✨
