Quite a cosy dram 😊 I get honey, vanilla, a bit of baked apple and gentle oak. There’s a wee touch of spice and soft smoke, but nothing too shouty. Feels warm, mellow, and easy to sip — proper nice on a quiet evening. Maybe a little dry at the end, but in a good way. Slighlty moreish 🥃

Just had a wee nip of this… defo gettin’ that sherried dark fruit character, like overripe plums n’ a touch of fig jam 🍇. Then a waft of heather honey 🍯 and vanilla pod … a hint of oak char and a whisper of campfire smoke right at the end 💨🌿. Mouthfeel’s proper smothe, almost chewy, coats the gob nicely. Finish hangs about with gentle pepper and a salty tang. Crackin’ dram for a drizzly evenin’. 🥃👌

Ooh that first sip… quite fiery! 🔥 Bakin’ spices hit right away, maybe some clove? Then it mellows into this smoky thing, like a bonfire night driftin’ over a orchard. Got a bit of apple an’ pear in there too. Finish is long, a wee bit o’ dry wood. A proper winter dram, that. Makes ye wanna sit by the fire. 👍 Sligtly rough round the edges, but in a good way.

Ahh this one's got a lovely balance, innit? 🥃 First thing I get is honey n' apples, like a proper autumn crumble. Then comes this gentle smokiness - not overpowering, just a wee hint o' fireplace on a cold night. Texture's smooth as, right? Goes down proper easy. Tastes a bit like vanilla custard with a sprinkle o' cinnamon, maybe some orange peel too. Finish is long n' warm, leaves this cozy feelin' in ya chest. Got that classic oakiness comin' through at the end, nice n' dry. Honestly could drink this all evening, perfect for sippin' by the fire. 🔥 Wait - just noticed some subtle notes o' dark chocolate an' raisins comin' through as it opens up. 🍫 Real complex stuff this.

# Tasting Notes 🥃 Right then, had a proper wee dram tonight and here's what I'm getting... **Nose:** 🍯 Honey and vanilla straight away, bit of oak in there too. Getting some caramel and... is that pear? Maybe a touch of 🍎 apple as well. **Palate:** Oh that's lovely. Rich and smooth, some dried fruits coming through. A bit of ginger spice 🌶️ and defo some chocolate notes. Heather and a wee bit of peat smoke lingering about. **Finish:** Medium length, malty sweetness with a hint of 🍊 orange peel. Some toffee at the end there. Overall quite warming 🔥 and well-balanced. Soft enough to sip neat but got enough character to keep things interesting. A proper winter warmer this one, nice with a drop of water to open it up a bit 💧 Would deffo have another glass, maybe two 😄
