Nosing it now... smoky but not harsh, more like a campfire embers. Quite lovely. On the palate, ooh, a lovely warmth. There's a spicy kick, but then this sweet toffee comes through an' lingers. 😂 Gosh, it’s got this light, fruity thing goin’ on too. Like baked apples maybe. A bit of rye spice in there as well. Goes down really well. It’s complex but not confusing. It just… works, you know?
