Nose: a bit of pears and vanilla 🍐 oh! some toasty oak too 👃 Palate: smooth... kinda honey-like? and a little spicey at the end. Yr usual sherry notes but not too heavy. 🥃 Finish: medium length, leaves a nice warmth. A bit of the smoke comes back, like a fireplace ember 🔥. Proper good stuff!
