Right then, had a wee dram of this tonight. 🥃 Nose is proper smokey, like an old fireplace. 🪵 Tasteing it... warm going down. Definitly got some honey and spice. 🍯 Finish lingers alot. Quite nice for a rainy evening. 🌧️ Would have another glass reckon. 👍

Right, had a proper pour tonight. 🥃 Nose is sweet, vanilla and honey mostly 🍯. Takes me back to sitting by the fire. Palate? Smooth as anything. Bit of apple and pear 🍎. Tiny wiff of smoke in the background 🔥. Warmth builds up nicely, not burnin'. Finish lingers... spicy oak maybe? Definately one for the cold nites. Cheers! 🍻
