Alright then, had a dram tonight. 🥃 First sniff – proper bonfire smoke, like sitting by a wood burner. Then underneath, some candied orange peel and a bit of vanilla custard. Taste-wise, it's got this lovely oily, velvety thing going on. Hits you with a bit of cinnamon spice upfront, then melts into dark chocolate and maybe some stewed plums? Finish is long, warming... aye, lingers like a good story. A tiny bit of black pepper at the very end. Top stuff. 🍊🔥
