Feels warm and cosy 🥃 I get honey, vanilla and a bit of caramel, then some gentle oak and dried fruit. Slight peppery kick, not too harsh — quite smooth and easy to sip. Finish is mellow, a little sweet, with a cosy wee spice.

Well, right, the first sip proper hits you with a big ol' wave of toffee and baked apple, yeah? Quite comforting. 🍎 Then it opens up a bit more... get a touch of musty old leather and some warm spice, like cinnamon. The mouthfeel is lovely, really smooth, no harsh burn at all. ✨ Finishes with a nice, lingering warmth. Dried fruits and just a whisper of something smoky? Really makes you savour it. A proper good winter dram. 🥃

Ooh, that’s a proper wiff of peat smoke 🔥 on the nose, init? Tastes like someone’s left a bonfire in me grandma’s pantry – sweet oak and a bit of vanilla. Hmm, get some dark chocolate and… blimey, is that banana? Weird combo but kinda nice. Finish is long and a bit spicy, like cinnamon toast. Not too harsh, just warm. Aye, I’d have another glass. 🥃
