Bit of a wild dram, honestly 😅 Loads of banana, peachy apple mush, honey and waxy citrus. Feels soft and bready, then goes grassy with a wee piney edge. That texture’s the best bit — thick, cosy, almost plasticky in a funny way. Lovely drop.

Right then, let's have a wee sip… Nose is all sweet toffee and a gentle wisp of peat smoke, like a bonfire by the sea. Bit of dried fruit lurking too – sultanas maybe. On the palate it's proper rich. Waves of dark chocolate, spice (cinnamon, clove), then a lovely oily walnut note. The sherry cask influence is defo there, adding depth. Mouthfeel is syrupy, coats the whole gob. Finish is looong and warming, with lingering pepper and a salty tang. Really moreish. Slàinte 🥃

Bit of honey and oak up front, then a warm spicy tingle 😊 Feels cosy, slightly smoky, with a dry-ish finish. Nice wee dram for a quiet evening.

Tastes like honey with a hint of smoke, really smooth. Got some fruity notes too – maybe apple or pear? 🍎 Finish is warm and a bit spicy. Love it! 🥃😊 Nose: sweet and a bit oaky. Palate: so smooth, almost creamy. Finish: lingers nicely with a touch of spice. 🌶️

Mate, just had a dram and it's loovely! 😊 Nose is smoky with apple and vanilla hints 🍎. On the palate, spicy and sweet – honey and caramel notes 🍯. Finish lingers, oak-ty and long 🥃🔥. Proper good, that! 👍
