Right then, had a wee dram tonight and here's me thoughts... Nose: 🍯 Loads of honey and vanilla straight away, bit of citrus hiding in there too. Quite warm and inviting innit. Palate: That honey keeps going, got some nice spice kickin in - maybe cinnamon? Touch of dark chocolate creeps up. Quite rich and smooth goin down 👌 Finish: Medium length, a bit oaky at the end. Some dried fruit notes lingerin about. Pleasant warmth in the chest 😊 Overall: Solid pour for a quiet evenin in. Wouldnt say no to another glass. Goes well with a good book and rain on the window 🌧️ Nuttin fancy, just proper enjoyable. Tho I reckon itd be even nicer with a tiny splash of watter to open it up a bit 🥃
