Right then, just poured a wee dram. Nose first — it’s like warm stewed apples and a whiff of honey 🍯, wrapped up in that gentle campfire smokiness. Not punchy, more like a friendly hearth. On the tongue… ooft. Soft caramel and a bit of oily walnut. There’s a flicker of dried orange peel 🍊 and something herbal — almost like walking past a hedgerow after rain. The peat’s there but it’s laid-back, earthy, no shove. Finish drifts off with milky tea, a ghost of vanilla fudge, and a tiny salty kiss at the end 🌊. Bit of a cosy number, this. Cheers 🥃
