Absolutely chuffed to have a dram of this. First sniff is like a bonfire on a damp heath – wafts of peat smoke, iodine, and a whisper of bandages (in a good way, mind). There’s a sweet underbelly too, stewed plums and burnt toffee. Sippin’ it neat 🔥 Ooft. Oily as anything, coats the gob lovely. Sea salt dark chocolate, a bit of TCP, then this mad drift of smoked kippers an’ lemon zest. The finish just hangs about for ages – a warm, peppery glow with that ashy, driftwood vibe. Leaves yer chest cosy. Bit of a coughing fit if you’re not careful lol 👀 No water needed but a wee drop opens up some orchard fruit, maybe bruised pears. Proper winter warmer, this. Pure class in a glass. 🥃✨

Quite warming, a bit oaky and sweet, with a soft smoky edge. Feels cosy rather than loud — nice little sip for a chilly evening 🥃✨

Nose is like walkin through a damp orchard after rain 🌧️🍏 tiny whiff of burnt toffee and summat herbal lurkin behind – maybe thyme? First wee sip... hits the tongue all silky then a proper warmth spreads. Not shy at all, quite peppery upfront 🌶️ but then it turns honey’d and malty, like a crunchie oat biscuit dunked in golden syrup 🍯 Finish hangs about for ages, bit of oak char and a ghost of smoke. Makes me think of an old leather armchair by a dyin fire 🔥👌 Sippin this, you’d never guess the strength, dangerously easy goin. Dram makes yer go "ahh" – good company for a dreich evenin.

Warm and a bit oaky, with a soft sweetness up front 🥃 Getting some honey, dried fruit and a wee touch of spice. Nice cosy finish — not too fussy, just easy to sit with.

Warm and a bit smoky, with a wee hit of honey and oak. Feels cosy, smooth-ish, and nicely spicy at the end 😊
