Salmony-gold in the glass 🥃 Smells sweet but a bit jumbled: strawberries, peonies, orange peel, then greener stuff like tomato leaf and cut stems. Tastes quite dry and sour, with porridge, roasted walnuts and pumpkin seeds. There’s a raw grappa vibe too, slightly rubbery. Not awful, just a bit uncoherent for me.

Warm and malty, with a wee touch of honey, oak and soft spice. Feels cosy, a bit smoky at the end 🔥 Nice sipper for a quiet evening, not too fussy.

Warm and malty, with a bit of honey and dried fruit 🍯 Feels cosy, slightly oaky, and a wee touch spicy on the finish. Pretty easy to sip, nice for a quiet evening.

Mmm, this one's got a bit of everything. 🤤 First sniff, you get this big, smoky bonfire thing. Like a proper Highland night. Then it softens, like... a bit of toffee apple maybe? 🍎 On the tongue, it's smoother than it smells. A wee bit oily. There's definitely some warmth, but not burning, you know? The smoke is there, but it's more like the memory of a fire than being in one. Then a surprising little twist. Is that... lemon peel? Or something citrusy, cutting through all that rich, peaty stuff. 🍋 The finish is long and warming. Leaves you with a lovely, earthy feeling. A proper winter dram, that. I’d maybe have it with a tiny drop of water. Pure bliss.

Right, had a wee dram of this tonight. 🥃 Nose is proper smoky, reminds me of a peat fire 🔥 Taste... sweet honey at first 🍯 then alittle spice. Finish is warm, lingers nicely. Reccon it's good for a cold evening. Not too harsh, just right. Cheers mate. 🍻
