Nose is all honey’d porridge and a whiff of orchard fruit, maybe a faint whisp of oak char. Palate lands soft, toffee pennies and baking spice, a nudge of peat smoke curling round the edges. Finish stays sherried sweet and just a whisper of dry grass. Proper cosy dram, that. 🥃✨ (dunno why but I keep gettin a buttery biscuit note hangin about, no complaints mind)
