Right then, here’s the thing about this dram… First sniff is pure 🍯 honey’d vanilla, like walking into a bakery. Then a wee bit of orchard fruit 🍏— apples, maybe a pear lurking. On the tounge it’s so smoothe, almost silky, then a gentle spice warms you up. 🫧 There’s a whisper of oak right at the end, nothing shouty, just a lovely dry note. 🌳 Siiping slowly, you get this butterscotch thing 🧈 + a tiny spark of citrus peel 🍋. The finish is where it suprises— just a tickle of peat smoke, really delicate, no punch in the face. 💨 Proper cosy, this one. Would happily sip on a rainy Tuesday. ☔ No water needed, honestly. It’s that well behaved. Cracking stuff.

Aaah, that first sniff, blimey 🥃 smoke and sea spray straight off, like driftwood on a pebble beach. Then in the mouth, bit of a sticky toffee puddin’ vibe, but not too sweet— cracked pepper and a bonfire undertow. 🔥 Mid-palate gets all citrussy, almost orange peel dipped in caramal, and that oak is there, warm and a tiny bit dry. Finish? Long. Salty honey 🍯 and a whisper of bandages (in a proper nice way). Honestly just want another wee dram now, no messin. Cheeky splash of water opens it right up, brings out some orchard fruit 🍎 hidden under all that peat reek. Class.

Alright, first sip is like a burst of candied citrus 🍊, then this lovely, warm honey and vanilla comes through. 🥃 The smoke is there, but it's gentle, abit like a distant bonfire on a cool evening. Very smooth finish. 🍂 Really nice! ✨

Alright, so this dram's got a right proper kick, innit? 🔥 First off, get a load of that peat smoke... it's like a bonfire on a damp moor, but in a good way, you know? 'S got that woody, kinda earthy thing going on too. Then it mellows out. A bit of sweetness comes through, maybe honey or toffee? 🍯 And there's a fruitiness, like baked apples or something, hiding in there. Finish is long and warming, that's for sure. Leaves a bit of spice on the tongue, a wee hint of cinnamon maybe. Cheers! 🥃 *typo added: 'innit' for 'isn't it'
