First sip: honey and warm spices, like cinnamon toast 🍯 Smell’s got dried fruit and vanilla, bit of oakiness too Texture is smoothh, almost creamy Finish is long with a peppery kick, leaves a woody sweetness behind Not bad at all for a rainy evening 🍂

Right, took a sip of this one. First hit is like burnt toast 🍞 with a bit of honey 🍯 on the side. Then it gets all creamy, like vanilla custard, but with a sneaky bit of black pepper 🌶️ that catches the back of your throat. There's a sweet cherry thing going on too, almost like a cough syrup but in a good way? Finished with a sort of dry, leathery smokiness. Proper winter dram, this. 👍

Right so this one’s got a real smooth start, like honey and vanilla on the nose. 💛 Then it gets a bit smoky, but not too peaty, more like a gentle bonfire. 🔥 On the palate, there’s some fruitiness, maybe apple or pear, with a hint of spice. 🍎🌶️ The finish is long and warming, with a touch of oak and leather. 👍 Overall, really balanced and enjoyable. 😊
