Oh, this one's proper lovely! 🥃 First sip: immediate **appley** sweetness, like a crisp autumn fruit. Then comes this wave of **vanilla** and **toffee**, rich and moreish. Underneath, there's a real sense of **mature oak** and a bit of **charred cask** influence. It's not harsh, mind, just nicely rounded. Finish is long, warming, with a lingering **barley sugar** sweetness. Absolutely smashing. 😊
