Ooh that's a proper dram init 😌 First thing that hits me is this lovely smokiness, not too aggressive like, more like a gentle campfire on the nose. Then there's all these fruity notes - bit of apple, some pear maybe, and a wee touch of citrus coming through 🍎🍐 The honey and toffee sweetness is gorgeos honestly, really well balanced with a bit of spice. Getting some cinnamon and ginger, maybe a hint of nutmeg? The vanilla's there too, kinda creamy like 🍯 What I really love is how the leather and oak come in on the finish, makes it feel proper mature and complex. There's this subtle floral thing happening aswell which is quite nise actually. Mouthfeel is dead smooth, rich and warm without being heavy. Nice dry finish that lingers just enogh 👌 Honestly reminds me abit of sitting by the fire on a cold winter evening, just perfect for a quiet dram after work. The sherry influence gives it this lovely dark sweetness that ties evrything together really nicely. Would defs reach for this one again 🥃✨

Proper nice dram, that! 👌 First sip, got a hit of warm spice and a bit of smoky, peaty thing goin' on. Quite smooth, mind. As it sits, get some sweet notes, maybe honey or dried fruit? And a bit of vanilla, I reckon. The finish is lovely, long and a bit woody. 🔥 A right proper winter warmer, this is. Could nose it all night. 🥃

Right, had a wee dram tonight 🥃. Nose is proper smoky, like peat fire mixed with dried fruit. It taste warm, yeah. Sweetish at first then hits ya with spice. Finish lasts quite abit. Reminds me of sitting by the fireplace on a rainy day 🌧️. Could drink this all eve nite tbh. Proper good stuff.
