Warm and easy-going dram 🥃 I get soft vanilla, a bit of spice, and a gentle woody sweetness. Feels cosy, slightly creamy, with a lovley little peppery finish. Quite nice for a relaxed evening.

Aight, so poured a dram, yeah? 👃 First off, gettin' big wafts of... like, warm toffee an' a bit o' burnt sugar, init? Then underneath, there's this kinda... oak wood shop smell, y'know, proper pleasant. Tastewise... crikey. Melted butter an' honey right off, then - bam! - a hit of... somethin' spiced? Like cinnamon sticks, maybe? 🍯 It's got a lovely, kinda thick mouthfeel too, coats the tongue nicely. Finish is where it gets dead good, tho. There's this warm, smokey thing 🌶️ that just... lingers. Like a bonfire in the distance, but sweet. An' a bit of dark choccy right at the end. Class.

Right then, here’s what I’m gettin’ from this dram… 🥃 First sniff is pure vanilla sponge drenched in custard, maybe a hint of raisin. Then the taste — proper honeyed oats, bit of pear drop, and a wee spicy tickle like ginger nut biscuits. Mouthfeel’s silky, not overly clingy. Finish brings a soft wisp of smoke, then some salted caramel and a little citrussy zest hangin’ about. Verra easy sipper, almost too drinkable. 😌👌 Definately got that comfy, crème brûlée vibe all the way through.
