Alright, here’s me jotting down me thoughts on this one, just pure vibes, yeah? 👍 Nose first: stewed apples an’ a whiff of sea air 🌊, like walkin’ past a distillery by the coast. Tiny hint of honey tryin’ to peek through. Sippin’ it… blimey, it’s a gentle hug. That caramel note wraps round yer tongue, then a wee wisp of peat smoke curls in, not bonfire, more like embers the mornin’ after. Touch of oily vanilla ‘n a bit of cracked black pepper. Finish is where it shows its class — warm spice, faint oaky dryness, lingers nice. Leaves ya smilin’. Proper comforting dram, rate it a solid “would pour again” 🥃✨ Sometimes the simple ones just work, innit.

Proper drop, this. Nose on it’s all stewed apples 🍎, heather honey, and a whisper of caramel. On the palate… blimey, smooth as silk. Rich toffee, a wee bit of cinnamon warmth, then that oaky vanilla cosies right in. The finish? Oh aye, lingers like a good gossip – long, gently spiced, and a touch of dried fruit at the end. Cracking dram. 🥃

Right, so I poured a wee dram of this. First sniff, proper cosy—stewed apples, a waft of toffee, and a hint of cinammon. Like a warm hug, really. 🍂 On the sip… blimey, it’s smooth as silk. Has a buttery feel then a cheeky prickle of black pepper and oak. A wisp of campfire smoke, not in-yer-face, just a soft whisper. 🔥 Finish lingers, leaving a gentle spice and a touch of vanilla fudge. Maybe a whiff of old leather too? Not complainin, mind—tis a cracking wee drop. 🥃👌 cheers x

Lush and complex nose - rich caramel and dark fruits dance with gentle peat smoke. 🌿 On the palate... oh, it's wonderfully smooth! A wave of stewed berries and butterscotch, balanced by a dry, oaky spice. Feels rly warming, summit like a cozy hug. 😌 The finish is long and satisfying - a final whisper of chocolate and that lovely smokiness lingers. A delicious, contemplative dram. Sláinte! 🥃

Right so this one's proper lovely 👌 First thing I get is this creamy, almost butterscotch sweetness, really smooth on the nose. Then there's a bit of smoke creeping in - not too heavy like, just enough to keep things interesting. Taste wise it's got this nice balance init? You've got your honey and caramel notes upfront, maybe a touch of vanilla, then it sort of evolves into something more... earthy I suppose. Little bit of oak, hint of dark chocolate lurking in there 🍫 The finish is warm and lingering, quite comforting actually. You get this subtle spiciness that just sits there for a while, maybe some dried fruit aswell. Overall it's one of those drams you'd happily have on a cold evening by the fire 🔥 Nothing too challenging but definately not boring either. Would happily pour meself another measure tbh 8/10 would recommend
