Ah, that first sip is proper lush, innit? 🥃 Right, so it’s got this lovely golden colour, like autumn sunlight. Nosing it, I’m getting strong hints of **honey** and maybe some **dried fruit** – apricots, maybe? Then there’s this gentle **spiciness** underneath, a bit of **cinnamon** or something. The taste is where it gets reel nice. Starts with a burst of **toffee** sweetness, very smooth. Then it opens up into this warm, **oaky** character with a touch of **vanilla**. There’s a definite **smoky** note too, not overpowering, more like a distant **campfire** smell. Finish is long and warming. Leaves a bit of that **fruitiness** and **spice** on the tongue. It’s one of those that makes you go "Mmm, that's proper good" after each wee dram. 😌 Perfect for a quiet evening in, that is.
