Gotta say, this one's a proper journey, init? 🥃 First off, gettin' that initial nose... it's like, a bit sharp, maybe some citrus zing? Quite punchy. Then the sip – oh, blimey. It hits you with this sort of... smoky warmth? Like a toasty fireplace. But then it sorta mellows out. There's this sweet thing going on too, maybe like dark fruit? Plums or sumpthin'. And a bit of spice at the end, ginger or cinnamon, lingers nicely. Overall, it's well nice. Complex but not confusin'. Just a good, solid dram for a quiet evening. 👍 The finish is quite long, you can really savour it. Defo one I'd have again.
