Warm and mellow, bit of honey and oak coming through 🍯 Feels cosy, with a gentle spicy kick at the end. Quite easy to sip, honestly.

Honestly, this one's got proper warmth init 🥃 Getting loads of honey and butterscotch on the nose, like a warm bake sale or summat. Little bit of vanilla creeping through too. Taste-wise - oh mate. Rich chocolatey notes wiv some dried fruit, almost like Christmas cake? There's a nice smokiness that's not too overpowering, and I'm picking up somethin like apple or pear maybe. Finish is lovely and smooth, lingers nicely wiv a bit of spice at the end. Could drink this all evening tbh. Proper winter dram this one 🍯✨

Been sipping this beauty tonight... 😌 First impression? Rich amber colour, like old honey. 👀 Nose is all smoky vanilla & caramel – got that oak char coming through too. 🔥🍯 Palate? Wow. Layers upon layers. First wave of spicy warmth (ginger?), then dark fruits... plum maybe? With a touch of bitter chocolate. 🍫🍒 Finish is longgg and warming. Notes of toasted nuts and... is that sea salt? 🤔 Overall: Complex but balanced. Not too sweet, not too dry. Just bloody lovely. 👌

Right, that first sip... it's got a real warm hug feelin' init. 🥃 S'like vanilla, maybe s'me oakiness, an' a bit of that spiciness at the end. Kinda sweet too, like dark honey or summink. Gets ya in the chest a bit, lovely. Heh, could sit with this one fer a while. 👍
