Ooh this one's proper lovely 🥃 First thing you get is like... warm toffee an' a bit of vanilla, almost like a freshly baked scone innit. Then there's this nice smoky bit comes through, but not too heavy like - more like sitting by a bonfire on a crisp autumn evening 🔥 Got a real smooth mouthfeel, bit of honey an' maybe some dried fruit? Like raisins or somethin'. There's definitely some oakiness there too, gives it that nice depth like. Finish is warm an' lingerin', hints of spice - cinnamon maybe, touch of ginger. Leaves you wantin' another sip really 😋 Aldo gettin' some subtle citrus notes, orange peel ish? Balances out the sweetness proper well. Overall just a really comfortin' dram, perfect for a quiet evening in. Would go lovely with a bit of dark chocolate on the side 🍫 Definitely one to savour rather than rush through y'know
