Alright, took a sip and here's me notes... right. First hit: like a proper baked apple with loads of honey 🍯. Then, get this, a bit of cinnamon spice and some vanilla, like a dessert. 🍎 Mid-palate, it gets all warm an' smoky 🔥, bit of peat but not too much. Then comes some oak and a flash of dark chocolate. Quite complex, innit? Finish is long, with more spiciness... ginger and a bit of black pepper. Leaves a lovely warm feeling. 🌶️ Overall, a smashing dram. Furst impression is sweet and fruity, but it's got depth. Loevly for a chilly evenin'.
