Right, givin this a swirl… Nose is proper fruity—stewed raisins, a wee bit of candied orange peel 🍊, and a soft whiff of sea spray 🌊. There’s a gentle peat hum, not a bonfire, more like smouldering moss. On the palete, honey’d toffee apple 🍯🍏 with a dustin of cinnamon. Midway, the oak creeps in—slightly nutty, dryish. Finish warms the chest, woody spice lingers with a lick of salt. Not shouty, just nicely layered. Sláinte! 🥃

Nose: honey & vanilla first, then a bit of spice kick. 👃 Palate: smooth, caramel notes, hint of dried fruit. 👅 Finish: long, warming, touch of oak. Really lovely on a chilly evening. 🥃 Feels like a hug in a glass.

Nose: thats a proper peat smoke, aint it? Like a bonfire by the coast. 👃🔥 Palate: oh, some sweet fruit comes through, maybe apples? Then all that vanilla. Very smooth. 🍏 Finish: long and warming. Leaves a nice spicey tingle. Just lovely. 🥃 Really enjoyin this one, top notch for a chilly evenin. 👍

Right then, had a nip of this earlier. 🥃 Proper warming it is. Smells like autumn leaves and old wood 🍂. Taste is smooth but got a kick. Like spice and caramel mixed up. Makes me feel relaxd after a long day. Colur is lovely gold. Dont know what else to say really, just nice. 🔥 Cheers mate.
