Lovely stuff 🥃 Soft and bright, with vanilla, buttery caramel, coconut and a bit of mandarin sweetness. Feels very Irish to me — pastries, stewed apples, praline, a wee Turkish delight vibe. Oak stays nicely in the background, no harshness. With a splash of water it gets even fresher and more moreish 🙂

Warm and easy-going 🥃 I get vanilla, a bit of oak, soft spice and some dried fruit. Feels cosy rather than heavy, with a wee smokey edge and a sweet finish. Nice for a slow evening.

Proper dram, this. Nose hits with vanilla fudge and honey 🍯, bit of citrus peel too. Palate’s smooth like silk—toffee apples, a whiff of smoke, maybe some nutty oak. Finish is warm, lingers with spice and a touch of caramal. No messin about, just a solid, comforting sipper. ✨

Smoooth, kinda honey 🍯 taste at first, then a bit o’ smoke 🔥 hits ya. Not too strong, just right for a cold night. The vanilla bit’s there too, sneaky like. 🥃 Finish is all woody, oak I reckon? Quite enjoyin’ it tbh.

Nose: Vanila and honey 🍯 with a hint of apple. Taste: Quite smokey and caramelly, smooth texture 😌. Finish: Long, bit of spice and oak 🪵. Really nice one! 👍
