Warm and mellow, with a bit of honey, oak and soft spice. Feels cosy rather than flashy — a wee dried fruit note and a gentle smoky edge 🥃 Nice slow sipper for a chilly evening.

Right then, had a proper nosing of this one tonight 🥃 Nose: getting loads of honey and vanilla first off, then some nice cinnamon spice creeping in. Bit of toasted oak in the background Palate: oh that's lovely! Creamy mouthfeel, dried fruit comin thru - dates and sultanas I reckon. There's a gentle smokiness but not overpowering at all. Some dark chocolate bitterness on the mid palate 🍫 Finish: medium lenght, nice warm spices lingering. Hints of leather and a subtle citrus note at the very end Proper winter dram this one, pairs brilliantly with a bit of dark chocolate by the fire 🔥
