Warm and mellow, with a bit of honey, dried fruit and soft spice. Feels cosy rather than flashy — the finish hangs about nicely 🥃 A wee bit oaky, but still easy to sip.

Ah mate, this one's a proper treat! 🥃 Just had a sip... first thing you notice is this beautiful amber colour, like old honey. 🌅 The smell hits ya - I get apple orchard after rain, maybe some vanilla custard too? Hmm... On the tongue it's... *smooth*, like. But not boring! There's a little kick that reminds me of sea salt on caramel. 🍯🌊 Finish lingers with a wee bit of cinnamon. Makes you wanna sit by the fire, you know? 👍 Not too peaty, not too sweet. Just... *lovely*.

Right then, this is a proper interesting one. First sip... Hmm, it's got that classic smoky kick, a bit like a bonfire on the beach. 🤔 Then it turns kinda sweet? Like honey and maybe some apple? It’s all a bit of a rollercoaster, in a good way. Very smooth down the throat, though. A real warming glow. Tastes like a proper winters night, that. 🥃 The finish is long and a bit spicy, like cinnamon. Really makes you think, it does.
