Lovely cosy dram 🥃 I get honey, vanilla, a bit of oak and soft spice. There’s a wee smoky warmth too, with dried fruit hanging about. Feels smooth, comfy, and nicely warming on a chilly evening 🙂

Right, so, this one's a proper treat. On the nose, I'm getting a lovely, warm wave of **peaty smoke** 🔥, but it's not all aggressive – there's a sweeter undercurrent, like **honey** and a bit of **dried fruit**. The palate is where it gets interesting. It's quite **creamy** and **oily**, which is nice. The smoke is there, but it's balanced by this lovely, almost **buttery** note, and then some **spicy warmth** – think a bit of **cinnamon** or **nutmeg**. It's complex, innit? The finish is long and warming, with the **peat** and a hint of **dark chocolate** hanging around. Blimey, it's moreish, that's for sure. A proper winter dram. 👍
