Just had a glass of that bourbon cask stuff. First thing, smells like proper caramel and vanilla, like a sweet shop 🍯 Then the taste... wow. A real honey sweetness hits first, then gets all warm and spicy, like cinnamon or something. Really smooth, roumd mouthfeel. The oak comes through at the end, a nice woody note. Very warming on the way down, that's for sure 🔥
