Ah, this one's got a right lovely warmth to it, innit? Kinda like a snug hug from ya nan's best blanket. 😊 Nose-wise, I'm gettin' hints of heather and that classic beeswaxy sweetness, maybe a whisper of smoke in the back. Very inviting, ya know? On the sip, it's proper smooth – no rough edges, just glides down. A touch of peat creeps in, but it's gentle, not overpowerin'. Slight vanilla vibes too, I reckon. Finish? Oh, it lingers, mate. Warm and long, leavin' ya feelin' all cozy and content. Couldn't ask for more on a drizzly evenin'. 🥃

Right, so this dram… blimey. 🥃 First sniff is all wiffs of bonfire smoke n’ a whisp of sea salt, like walkin past a pebbly beach next to a kipper shed. 🌊🔥 Bit of that damp earth thing goin on too, and a flicker of something green—almost like crushd nettles. Let it sit a sec, and then wafts of baked apple and candied ginger creep out. 🍎 Bit of burnt toffee, not the posh stuff, more like the sticky bit at the bottom of the tin. A tiny medicinal note, like old-fashioned cough syrup y’granny had, but in a comfy way. On the palate… oof, it’s a warm cuddle. Silky at first, then a proper tingle of white pepper and clove, right on the tongue. 🌶️ Mid-palate, honey’d pears and a dab of marmalade show up, but they’re wrapd in this sturdy, almost dusty oak-ness. There’s a savoury twist—roasted chestnut, maybe a lick of soy sauce? Umami, defo. The finish hangs about for yonks. Gentle peat wisps, a dry woody spice, and a faint salted caramel thing that makes you smile. A proper fireside pour, this. Cheers, mate. 🔥🥃
