Nice one, this 👌 First sip - get this lovely hit of honey and a bit of vanilla sweetness. Then it opens up with some apple and maybe a touch of pear? Quite fruity innit. There's defo some spice coming through after, like cinnamon or nutmeg. And a wee bit of smoke at the back, not too much tho, just enought to keep things interesting. Hints of butterscotch and shortbread as well - proper warming stuff 🥃 Mouthfeel is quite smooth, maybe a bit of oak tannin at the end. Touch of leather and some earthy notes if you sit with it for a while. Would deffo have this on a cold evening, maybe with a splash of water. Reely nice dram all round 👍
