Aright, so this whisky's a proper adventure innit? 🤠 First nosin' get a lovely big whack of peat smoke 🔥, kinda like a bonfire on the coast. Then underneath there's summat sweet - maybe vanilla an' a bit of stewed apple? 🍎 First sip hits ya with that smoky, earthy peat right away. It's bold, I'll give it that. Then it sorta mellows out, get some honey an' a touch of citrus, maybe orange peel? 🍊 The finish is long an' warm, that smoke sticks around proper. A wee bit of oak an' spice comes through at the end. It's a hefty pour, like, but not harsh. Overall, it's a bit of a beast but in a good way? Like a rugged hike that ends with a nice cuppa tea. 👍 Would defo have another dram of this on a cold night.
