Right, so I cracked this one open last weekend. 🥃 First sip - oh wow, proper smooth init. Got that lovely vanilla sweetness hitting straight away. Nose is really nice, getting honey and caramel with a bit of oak behind it. Just... *chef's kiss* 👌 Palate-wise it's rich and well balanced. There's some fruit coming through, maybe a touch of spice on the back end. The smoke sneaks up on ya which I quite like honestly. Finish lingers nicely, oak and that wee bit of warmth. Not too harsh. Overall? Really enjoyed this one. 8/10 would recommend 👍 Proper good stuff for a Saturday evening 🍂
