Right, first off—the nose is all honey’d orchard fruits 🍎🍐, a bit of toffee creepin’ in. Then a sip… starts gentle but the warmth builds quick. Oak comes through, like a well-worn spice rack—nutmeg, maybe a whisper of clove 🌿 There’s a tiny wisp of smoke, not heavy, just lurkin’ in the back. Finish is long and surprisingly smooth, almost buttery. 🥃 Leaves a dried fruit sweetness and a gentle kick of pepper. Proper cosy dram, this. Like a flannel blanket by the fire. 🔥 Shame about that one slight pettiness on the pallate, but honestly—blink and you’d miss it. Don’t mind the tyop. 😉

This whisky's got a real nice honey sweetness, kinda like warm caramel too. 🍯 Bit of leather on the nose, maybe a hint of smoke. Smooth as, goes down easy. Some fruity notes pop up, like apple or pear. 😋 Finish is long and spicey. Really pleasant for a evening sip. 👌

Right then, had a dram last night that proper took me back. 🍂 First sip, all golden syrup and toasted oats. Smelt like mum’s kitchen on baking day. Then it turned a bit cheeky – like tucking into a pear straight from the garden, skin and all. Left this warm, spicy kick after, kinda like ginger cake but not as sweet. Ah, and a whiff of sawn wood, but nice-like. Proper autumn in a glass, that. 🥃
