Warm and malty, with a bit of honey, oak and soft spice. Feels cosy, slightly sweet, then dries out nicely at the end 🥃 Proper easy-going dram for a quiet evening.

Right, so this one’s a proper little puzzle on the nose 🧩. First sniff – bit closed, then suddenly it’s all stewed apples and a whiff of heather honey. Not sweet exactly, more like a malty biscuit tin left open overnight. On the tongue it gets comfy – warm porridge with a drizzle of golden syrup, but then a wee spike of peppery oak jumps in. Almost a dry herbal thing, like old thyme or dusty hay. The ending is smooth-ish, leaves a slow glow and a memory of toasted nuts. Simple, honest, no showing off. Feels like a dram for a damp Tuesday when you need a hug from your glass. 🥃 And aye, just a hint of sea salt on the lips after, if you’re patient. Not half bad.

Right, just had a proper nose and taste of this one. 😊 First thing that hits you is that lovely, warm scent of... a bit like chocolate and roasted nuts? Maybe some stewed apple in there too. Quite inviting. On the tongue, it's got a nice, slightly oily texture. Getting a lot of that caramel sweetness, but then there's this kick of... like a spicy cinnamon or maybe white pepper? Keeps it interesting. Underneath that, a bit of a dried fruit thing, like raisins. 🍎 The finish is where the smoke comes in, but it's gentle, not a bonfire. More like a whisper of woodsmoke, and it leaves a lovely, warming feeling all the way down. A proper winter warmer, this one. 🔥 Yep, really rather good.

hmm so this one’s got a real honey sweetness upfront 🍯 a lovely smoky vibe lingers around - like a campfire that’s just gone out, ya know? then apples 🍎 come through, kinda baked? leather notes at the end, old lether kinda thing 👢 the smokyness sticks around forever, love it! so good 👌🥃

Just had a dram of this whisky, and it's absolutely cracking! 🥃 Rich and malty upfront, like a cozy fireplace on a rainy day. Fruity notes come through – think ripe apples or maybe a hint of pear. Then a bit of spice, warming up the senses, sort of like cinnamon. The finish is smooth and long, with a whisper of oak and smoke. Proper enjoy it on a cold night! Cheers! 🍻
