First sip's a bit sharp, like a cold morning. Then it warms up real nice—hints of honey and a woody finish. 😊 Goes down smooth, I'd say. Kind of cozy, like by a fireplace. 🥃 A tad spicy at the end, but not too much. Really enjoyble, mate.
