Right, so on the nose, first thing I get is a bit of a kick – 🔥 – like some fire, but then it opens up. Get some lovely honey 🍯, a bit of wood 🪵, and a kind of bready, nutty thing going on. Palate is quite smooth, actually. The spice comes through more here, but it's not harsh. There's this nice sweet, malty thing. Fruity too, like stewed apples maybe? Finish is medium length. The warmth stays, but it mellows out. A bit of lingering sweetness and spice. Overall, quite enjoyable. Goes down smooth, slighly too easy to drink!

Right, so... *takes a slow sip* Nose is all warm honey and a bit of toasted oak 🍯, yeah? Like a sunny kitchen. Palate’s got this lovely vanilla custard thing, but then there’s a peppery kick right at the back. 👅 Finish is all sweet spice and just a whiff of old leather armchair. Really rather nice, innit? 🥃 Bit of a warming glow, that. Proper winter dram stuff.

Alright, had a nip of this tonight 🥃. Proper nice colour, like old gold ✨. Smells of honey and maybe some oak 🍯. Goes down warm, bit of spice on the tongue 🔥. Finish is long, makes you wanna sit back. Definetly a good one for the cold weather 🌧️. Cheers mates 🍻.
