Alright, just poured myself a wee dram 🥃. Nose is proper interesting, got that hint of smoked oak 🪵 and maybe some dried fruit? Like raisins or figs. On the palate... warm, realy warm 🔥. Spicy kick at first then turns sweet. Honey-ish? Hard to say exactly but its lovely. The flavur is complex. Finish lingers on for ages. Makes you wanna sit by the fire. Proper good stuff for a cold nite. Cheers! 🍻
