Right, so... smoky, kinda peaty at first? 🥃 Then hits you with this lovely honey sweetness. Some dried fruits in there too, maybe. Warm finish, feels proper cozy like. A bit o' that oak barrel woodiness, ya know? 🍯🔥

Bloody hell, this one's a proper ride. Starts with a whack of 🔥peaty smoke, then settles into something really moreish. Get a bit of honey 🍯 and vanilla, like, but then there's this sharp, apple-y tang that cuts right through. Quite chewy in the mouth, if you know what I mean. Finishes long and warming, with a hint of spice and toasted oak 🪵. A real winter warmer, that. Could chat over this one for hours.

Right then, had a wee dram of this 🥃. Nose is smoky, like burnt wood 🔥 but with alot of honey sweetness 🍯. Taste is warm, slides down easy. No harshness atall. Makes me think of cosy evenings by the fire. Definatly a goodun. 👍 Cheers mates.
