# 🥃 Tasting Notes Right then, gave this one a proper go tonight. Nose — loads of sweet stuff coming through. Bit of 🍯 honey, some vanilla, maybe a hint of cherries? Quite inviting actually. Palate — oh this is lovely. Rich and creamy, getting dark fruits like plums and figs. There's a malty sweetness there too, almost like toffee. Slight peaty smokiness lurking in the background but not overpowering. Finish — decent length, a bit of oak and spice coming through at the end. Some dark chocolate notes as well which I really enjoy. Overall — bloody good drop imo 👍 Smooth enough to sip neat but I reckon it'd hold up well with a tiny splash of water too. The balance between the sweet and smoky bits is really well done. Would defo have another glass of this 🥃🥃
