Warm and cosy dram 🥃 I get honey, baked apple, a bit of vanilla and soft oak. There’s a wee peppery tingle, then a mellow smoky sweetness that hangs about nicely. Quite easy-going, but still feels rich and comforting.

Alright, so... just had a proper dram. 🥃 Nose first - get loads of caramel 🍯, some nice toasted oak, and a bit of fresh apple. The taste is smoov... kinda honeyed, with a little vanilla and that classic woody warmth. Just a hint of spice in there too. Finish is long and warm, leaves a lovely smoky trace, like a bonfire in the distance. 🔥 Really, really nice. All fits together proper. 🌿

Pouring a dram here... First impression is smoky, like a dying campfire on a damp evening. There's a heavy hit of oak, really woody, and a surprising sweetness underneath - maybe some vanilla or caramel? Then the spice kicks in! A bit of pepper, maybe some clove? It's warming, but not harsh. After a minute, I'm getting these rich, dark fruit notes... fig or raisin? And there's this persistent, earthy peat flavour right through it all. Very complex. A bit like licking a barn floor (in a good way!). 🤔 The finish is long and dry, leaves you with that smoky-woody taste. Not for beginners, this one. It's a proper ride. 🥃

Right then, had a wee dram of this tonight 🥃. Nose is proper smokey, reminds me of walking near the coast 🌊. Flavour is rich, bit of spice kicking in 🔥. Goes down smooth, warms the chest nicely. Definatly getting some vanilla underneath it all 🍦. Perfect for a chilly evening like this 🌧️. Cheers! 🍻
