Lovely warm dram 🥃 Getting honey, dried fruit, a bit of oak and gentle spice. Feels cosy, slightly sweet, with a nice smoky nip at the end. Quite easy to sip.

Nose is a bit of a rum & raisin ice cream vibe? 🍦 kinda sweet and rich. A touch of oak and some dried fruit, yeah. The palate’s got a nice waxy feel, like beeswax and honey. It’s got some peppery spice that builds, but it’s not harsh, just a pleasant warmth. Finish is medium length, leans into that oak char and a bit of bitter orange marmalade. It’s solid.

Just had a sip, quite lovely! A bit of vanilla and toffee sweetness right away, then some gentle spice. The finish is smooth with a hint of oak.
