Right, this one's got a real apple crispness to it, kinda like biting into a fresh Granny Smith 🍎. Loads of vanilla and caramel sweetness coming through, proper comforting that. A bit of that woody oakiness underneath, y'know? And a lovely touch of smoke right at the end, not too heavy, just a gentle warmth 🔥. Really well-balanced, tbh. The floral notes kinda sneak up on ya too, makes it interesting to sip. Top stuff for a chilly evening.

Right, just poured a wee glass of this 🥃. Proper smoky start, hits you like a peat fire 🔥. Reminds me of walking on Islay in the rain. But then it softens up, sweet like honey and vanila 🍯. Feel a bit of spice on the tongue, maybe cinnamon? Finish is long and warm. Warmth goes right down to your toes. Definately a cozy one for tonight. Cheers! 🍻
